Die 27km Family bietet ab sofort für mindestens 12 Monate eine Werkstudierenden-Stelle mit 16–20 Wochenstunden in Hamburg, bei der du mitten im Agenturalltag für finanzielle Klarheit sorgst und aus kreativer Geschwindigkeit verlässliche Struktur machst. Du unterstützt unser Finance & Accounting Team bei zentralen Prozessen rund um digitale Kreditkartenabrechnungen und erhältst dabei spannende Einblicke in die finanziellen Abläufe einer Kreativagentur.

The 27km Family is currently offering a work-study position for at least 12 months, with 16–20 hours per week in Hamburg, where you’ll ensure financial clarity in the midst of everyday agency life and turn creative momentum into reliable structure. You’ll support our Finance & Accounting team with key processes related to digital credit card billing, gaining exciting insights into the financial operations of a creative agency.

• Du unterstützt bei der Vorkontierung und Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung.
• Du prüfst Belege und sorgst für eine vollständige und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation.
• Du klärst Rückfragen zu Rechnungen und Belegen mit Kolleg:innen und externen Ansprechpartner.
• Du unterstützt unser Finance & Accounting Team bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben.
• Du wirkst bei vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für Monatsabschlüsse mit.
• Du unterstützt dabei, bestehende Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und effizient zu gestalten.

• You process digital credit card statements in our CANDIS tool.
• You assist with preliminary account assignment and prepare documents for accounting.
• You review receipts and ensure that documentation is complete and traceable.
• You clarify questions regarding invoices and receipts with colleagues and external contacts.
• You support our Finance & Accounting team with administrative and organizational tasks.
• You assist with preparatory work for monthly closings.
• You help further develop existing processes and make them more efficient.

• Du studierst idealerweise BWL, Finance, oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
• Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
• Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und findest dich zügig in neue Themen und Arbeitsabläufe ein.
• Du hast keine Berührungsängste mit Excel und gehst offen auf andere Menschen zu.
• Du kommunizierst klar und freundlich und scheust dich nicht, Rückfragen zu stellen.
• Du bringst Eigeninitiative mit und erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Finance, Accounting oder Buchhaltung sind von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping is a plus.
