Die School of Ideas ist der neue Einstieg in die Kreativbranche. Ein einjähriges Programm für alle, die mehr wollen als nur den ersten Job nach dem Studium.

‍

Vier Tage pro Woche arbeitest du in einer der führenden Partneragenturen der School of Ideas, zum Beispiel bei uns in Berlin oder Hamburg oder bei einer anderen Partneragentur. Als Partneragentur geben wir Creative Talents Einblicke in echte Projekte, Agenturalltag und kreative Zusammenarbeit.

Ein Tag pro Woche gehört deiner Weiterentwicklung an der School of Ideas. Dort lernst du von erfahrenen Kreativen und Experten aus Medien, Technologie und KI. Das Programm ist konsequent auf die Kreativbranche von morgen ausgerichtet.

Der nächste Jahrgang startet im Oktober 2026. Du verdienst während des Programms im Schnitt 1.875 € brutto im Monat. Für dich entstehen keine Kosten.

The School of Ideas is the new gateway to the creative industry. It’s a one-year program for anyone who wants more than just their first job after college.

‍

Four days a week, you’ll work at one of the School of Ideas’ leading partner agencies—for example, with us in Berlin or Hamburg, or at another partner agency. As a partner agency, we give creative talents insights into real projects, everyday agency life, and creative collaboration.

‍

One day a week is dedicated to your professional development at the School of Ideas. There, you’ll learn from experienced creatives and experts in media, technology, and AI. The program is consistently geared toward the creative industry of tomorrow.

The next cohort starts in October 2026. During the program, you’ll earn an average of €1,875 gross per month. There are no costs to you.
