The 27KM family in Hamburg has a vacant training position as a marketing communications specialist starting on August 1, 2026.

During your three-year dual training program, you will dive deep into the world of advertising, communication, social media, and project management. You will learn how an idea becomes a campaign – from strategy to creation to production. And best of all: our agency, production and post-production departments all work under one roof. For you, this means full insight, short distances and real participation.

In deiner dreijährigen dualen Ausbildung tauchst du tief ein in die Welt von Werbung, Kommunikation, Social Media & Projektmanagement. Du lernst, wie aus einer Idee eine Kampagne wird – von der Strategie über die Kreation bis zur Produktion. Und das Beste: Bei uns arbeiten Agentur, Produktion und Postproduktion unter einem Dach. Bedeutet für dich: volle Einblicke, kurze Wege, echtes Mitmachen.

Wenn Begriffe wie Zielgruppe, Touchpoint, Customer Journey und Projektplan für dich eher spannend als abschreckend klingen, dann bist du hier genau richtig.

• School qualifications: NOT IMPORTANT. You have already achieved a lot yourself: AWESOME. 
• Insatiable hunger for social media, stills, and moving images 
• Basic knowledge of Mac OS, Google Sheets, Keynote, and Google Slides
• Self-determined work, conscientiousness 
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Class B driver's license 
• Written and spoken German and English
