27km bietet ab Mitte Januar 2026 einen Pflichtpraktikumsplatz Art Direction & Talent in Berlin. Mit deinem Verständnis für die Herausforderungen unserer Kund:innen, fuchst du dich in die unterschiedlichsten Themen rein und gestaltest ganzheitlich von der visuellen Ideenfindung bis zur operativen Ausarbeitung für zum Beispiel Artworks einer Kampagne, den Look & Feel, Mock-Ups und Key-Visuals.

27km is offering a compulsory internship in Art Direction & Talent in Berlin from mid-January 2026. With your understanding for the challenges of our customers, you will get to grips with a wide variety of topics and design holistically from the visual brainstorming to the operational development of, for example, artwork for a campaign, the look & feel, mock-ups and key visuals.

• Brainstorming von Ideen und Konzepten im Team
• gestalterische Konzeption und Ausarbeitung diverser Projekte - von einzelnen Social Media-Assets bis hin zu ganzen TV- und Online-Kampagnen
• Pflege und Mitarbeit an internen Kreativdatenbanken
• Begleitung von Pitch-Prozessen
• Entwicklung kreativer Visualisierungsansätze für Kunden- und Pitch-Präsentationen
• kreativer und gestalterischer Input für unser Full-Service-Kommunikationsteam
• Layout und Bildbearbeitung
• Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kreativen & Talents

• Maintenance and collaboration on internal creative databases

• Creative competence in various areas of art and design and the ability to visualize/implement them
• Interest in and knowledge of audiovisual topics such as films, creation, advertising, photography, art
• Passion for fashion, automotive, sports or lifestyle is welcome
• Very good to epic skills in common apps such as Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Keynote and Google Slides
• Ability to work independently
