Während andere noch in Tabellen starren, verwandelst du Daten bereits in einen präzisen Creative Brief. Personas und Customer Journeys sind für dich keine lästigen Modelle, sondern Tools, die du sicher einsetzt. Wie ein Architekt entwirfst du das strategische Fundament: Du analysierst Marken bis auf ihre Grundsteine und lieferst die Blaupausen, auf denen unsere Kreation sicher aufbauen kann. Deine Ergebnisse landen nicht in trockenen Dokumenten, sondern werden von dir in fundierten, visuell starken Decks auf den Punkt gebracht.

While others are still staring at spreadsheets, you’re already turning data into a precise creative brief. To you, personas and customer journeys aren’t just tedious models - they are tools you use with confidence. Like an architect, you lay the strategic foundation: you analyze brands down to their very core and provide the blueprints on which our creative team can build with confidence. Your findings don’t end up in dry reports, instead, you’ll distill them into well-researched and visually compelling presentations.

• Mehrjährige und einschlägige Erfahrung in einer Kreativ- oder Digitalagentur 
• Qualitative und quantitative Research-Methoden 
• Klares Formulieren von Insights
• Beherrschen von Customer Journeys, Personas und digital Roadmaps 
• Sattelfest in digitaler Kommunikation
• Sicher im Umgang mit Tools wie Best for Planning
• Erstellen von Creative Briefs
• Gespür für Trends
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
• Deutsch & englisch sehr gut in Schrift und Wort

• Qualitative and quantitative research methods 
• Ability to clearly articulate insights
• Proficiency with customer journeys, personas, and digital roadmaps 
• Skillful in digital communication
• Know-how in tools such as Best for Planning
• Ability to create creative briefs
• A keen sense of trends
• Readiness to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
