Sehr gut, denn 27KM sucht ab sofort eine:n Senior Creator Manager:in (gn) in Vollzeit für unser Creative Content Studio in unserem Standort in Hamburg (und auch mal München/Berlin)!Als Creator Manager:in bist du bei uns die Schnittstelle zwischen Marke, Creator und Kultur. Du entwickelst Kooperationen, die nicht nur Reichweite generieren, sondern echte Relevanz schaffen.
Du verstehst, wie Plattformen funktionieren, erkennst frühzeitig Trends und weißt, welche Creator wirklich zu einer Marke passen. Dabei denkst du strategisch, handelst eigenständig und bringst Struktur in ein dynamisches Umfeld.

Dein Ziel: langfristige Creator-Partnerschaften aufbauen und Marken so positionieren, dass sie dort stattfinden, wo Menschen wirklich zuhören.

Great, because 27KM is currently looking for a full-time Senior Creator Manager (gn) for our Creative Content Studio, starting asap in our Headquarter in Hamburg (and sometimes Munich/Berlin) !As a Creator Manager, you’ll serve as the bridge between brand, creator, and culture. You’ll develop collaborations that not only generate reach but also create genuine relevance.You understand how platforms work, spot trends early on, and know which creators truly align with a brand. You think strategically, act independently, and bring structure to a dynamic environment.Your goal: to build long-term creator partnerships and position brands where people are actually listening.

• Entwicklung und Steuerung von Creator-Kooperationen – von der Auswahl bis zur Auswertung
• Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Creatorn und Partner:innen
• Strategische Beratung unserer Kund:innen rund um Creator Marketing und Plattform-Logiken
• Planung, Steuerung und Controlling von Budgets sowie KPI-Tracking und Reporting
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Creator-Strategien und Prozesse
• Identifikation von Trends, kulturellen Bewegungen und relevanten Plattform-Dynamiken
• Übersetzung von Social Insights in konkrete Maßnahmen und Kampagnenansätze
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams wie Kreation, Strategie und Account Management

• Translating social insights into concrete actions and campaign approaches
• Collaboration with internal teams such as Creative, Strategy, and Account Management

• Tiefes Verständnis für Social Media Plattformen wie TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch,...
• Gespür für Trends, Creator Economy und digitale Kultur
• Fähigkeit, datenbasierte und gleichzeitig kreative Entscheidungen zu treffen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs, Performance-Auswertung und ROI-Bewertung
• Starke Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeiten
• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und im Umgang mit mehreren Stakeholdern
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
