Mit deinem KI-Know-How und einem fein säuberlichen Excel-Sheet voller Ideen im Kopf verstehst du es, neue Prozesse zu definieren und die perfekte Synergie zwischen Realdreh und AI zum Peaken zu bringen.
Bei dir laufen Kommunikation und Produktion zusammen - wie Quellen in Island: herrlich! Egal ob Filme mit AI-Menschen, real life Kräutern, CGI Schoki oder Pixel-Porzellan - du willst, dass Ideen und Konzepte ihr volles Potential entfalten, dabei aber nicht über die Stränge schlagen, was die Moneten angeht. Deswegen bist du der absolute Kund:innenliebling und gleichzeitig auf Doppelklippo mit der von dir kuratierten Crew. • At least 5 years of work experience as a producer or filmmaker in the field of content/advertising film production with a focus on AI production
• Confidence in budgeting and KVA creation (ideally in Scope) for different customer needs  
• Development of AI-supported approaches and their application 
• Ability to perfect the efficiency and synergy of AI and real filming
• Consulting authority, contact person, and customer whisperer in all things AI
• Confident use of all Office programs and their Google counterparts Teamwork as a skill and empathy as a superpower
• Solution-oriented thinking and conscientious use of resources - organizational and human
• Attention to detail and accurate working methods
• Strong understanding of cinematic imagery and tailored AI integration
• Hands-on mentality
• Written and spoken German and English

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Joberfahrung als Producer:in oder FIlmemacher:in im Bereich Content-/Werbefilmproduktion mit Schwerpunkt KI Produktion
• Sicherheit in Budgetierung und KVA-Erstellung (idealerweise in Scope) für unterschiedliche Kund:innenbedürfnisse  
• Entwicklung KI gestützter Ansätze und deren Anwendung 
• Fähigkeit, die Effizienz und Synergie von AI und Real-Dreh zu perfektionieren
• Beratungshoheit, Ansprechperson und Kund:innen-Flüsterer:in in all things AI
• Sicherer Umgang mit allen Office Programmen und deren Google-Pendants Teamwork als Fähigkeit und Empathie als Superkraft
• Lösungsorientiertes Denken und gewissenhafter Umgang mit Ressourcen - organisatorisch und menschlich
• Liebe zum Detail und akkurate Arbeitsweise
