Du schaust unter die Oberfläche einer Marke, durchdringst sie von Grund auf und sprichst ihre Sprache. Als Berater:in hast du dabei nicht nur immer die richtige Idee parat, sondern auch ein offenes Ohr für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen und die Dynamik im eigenen Team. Markenwünsche übersetzt du souverän in messbaren Erfolg: Du identifizierst für jedes Ziel die relevanten KPIs und scheust dich nicht, mit ihnen umzugehen.

You excel at long-term planning, yet stay relaxed and flexible when spontaneous challenges shake up your day-to-day?Perfect, because the 27km Family is currently looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager for our in-house agency in Hamburg. You look beyond the surface of a brand, understand it inside and out, and speak its language. As a consultant, you not only always have the right idea at the ready, but you also listen attentively to our clients’ needs and stay attuned to the dynamics within your own team. You confidently translate brand objectives into measurable success: you identify the relevant KPIs for each goal and aren’t afraid to work with them.

• Mehrjährige und einschlägige Erfahrungen in einer Kreativ- oder Digitalagentur
• Sattelfest in allen digitalen Disziplinen
• Erfahrung mit Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Performancekampagnen 
• Motivation, sich bis ins kleinste Detail mit dem Portfolio und den Wünschen eines unserer wichtigsten Key Accounts langfristig und intensiv auseinanderzusetzen
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten 
• Sicher im Umgang PM-typischer Tools 
• Zuverlässige Timings, Budgets und Controllings
• Lust auf permanente inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung auf einem unserer aufregendsten Kund:innen-Etats 
• Bereits Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Teams
• Deutsch & englisch sehr gut in Schrift und Wort

• Several years of relevant experience at a creative or digital agency
• Proficient in all digital disciplines
• Experience with planning, implementing, and evaluating performance campaigns
• Motivation to engage intensively and long-term with the portfolio and requirements of one of our most important key accounts, down to the smallest detail
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in using typical PM tools
• Reliable project timelines, budgets, and financial oversight
• A passion for continuously refining content for one of our most exciting client accounts
• Previous experience leading teams
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
