In deinem vergüteten 4–6-monatigen Pflichtpraktikum ab 1.9.26 im Bereich Finance & Controlling unterstützt du das Team des CFOs in unserem HQ in Hamburg bei den finanziellen Abläufen einer international tätigen Werbefilmproduktion. Du arbeitest nicht nur an Reportings und Forecasts, sondern übernimmst eigene Projekte, optimierst Prozesse und erhältst tiefe Einblicke in die Steuerung eines kreativen Unternehmens.

Bei 27km arbeitest du in einem kleinen Team mit hoher Sichtbarkeit, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und echter Verantwortung ab dem ersten Tag.

Do you enjoy analyzing numbers, improving processes, and taking on responsibility?

During your paid 4–6-month mandatory internship starting September 1, 2026, in the Finance & Controlling department, you’ll support the CFO’s team at our HQ in Hamburg with the financial operations of an internationally active advertising film production company. You’ll not only work on reports and forecasts, but also take on your own projects, optimize processes, and gain deep insights into the management of a creative company.

At 27km, you’ll work in a small team with high visibility, quick decision-making, and real responsibility from day one.

• Eigenständige Betreuung operativer Finance-Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft
• Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen in Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Buchhaltung und Steuerberatung
• Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Reportings
• Mitarbeit im Projektcontrolling unserer Produktionen und Agenturprojekte
• Analyse von Kostenentwicklungen und Projektbudgets sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Agentur, Geschäftsführung sowie externen Partnern
• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finance-Prozessen
• Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Controlling-Strukturen

Deine Verantwortung:

• Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen und termingerechten Bearbeitung deiner Aufgaben
• Eigenständige Steuerung definierter Projekte und Prozessoptimierungen
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen im Finance-Bereich
• Verlässliche Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

• Independently managing day-to-day operational finance processes
• Contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in collaboration with our external accounting and tax advisory firms
• Assisting with budget planning, forecasts, and reporting
• Contributing to project controlling for our productions and agency projects
• Analyzing cost trends and project budgets, and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Close collaboration with production, the agency, management, and external partners
• Independently leading and implementing projects to optimize and digitize finance processes
• Further development of reporting and controlling structures

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that your tasks are completed reliably and on time
• Independently managing defined projects and process optimizations
• Identifying and implementing improvements in the finance department
• Reliable collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• 4 - 6 Monate Zeit für ein Praktikum, vorzugsweise ein studienbegleitendes Pflichtpraktikum
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance, Accounting oder Controlling
• Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Analytisches Denken und Lösungsorientierung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungs- oder ERP-Systemen
• Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
