Die 27km Family bietet ab sofort und für mindestens 6 Monate einen vergüteten Pflicht-Praktikumsplatz oder eine Werkstudierenden-Stelle in Hamburg, bei dem du gemeinsam mit uns untersuchst, wie KI interne Prozesse, Organisation und Kommunikation verändern kann. We’re looking for someone eager to help drive the AI transformation at its core, where structures are built, workflows become smarter, and innovation turns into everyday practice.

The 27km Family is offering a paid internship (mandatory or voluntary) or working student position in Hamburg for at least 6 months, starting immediately. Together with us, you’ll explore how AI can enhance internal processes, organization, and communication.

Your mission: Help us establish artificial intelligence as a strategic tool for efficiency, transparency, and knowledge sharing across our company.

• Analyse bestehender Abläufe und Identifikation von Bereichen, in denen KI unterstützen kann (z. B. Projektmanagement, Administration, Datenorganisation)
• Erforschung und Evaluation von KI-Tools passend zu unseren internen Anforderungen
• Entwicklung von Pilotprojekten zur Demonstration der KI-Anwendung in administrativen oder organisatorischen Prozessen
• Unterstützung bei internen Workshops zu den Grundlagen und Chancen der KI
• Erstellung eines Implementierungsplans für die Einführung von KI in verschiedenen Abteilungen
• Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Leitlinien und Best Practices für den ethischen, sicheren Einsatz von KI

• Analysis of existing processes and identification of areas where AI can provide support (e.g., project management, administration, data organization)
• Research and evaluation of AI tools that meet our internal requirements
• Development of pilot projects to demonstrate the application of AI in administrative or organizational processes
• Support for internal workshops on the basics and opportunities of AI
• Creation of an implementation plan for the introduction of AI in various departments
• Participation in the development of guidelines and best practices for the ethical and safe use of AI

• Erste Erfahrungen und Begeisterung mit/für KI-Tools und -Technologien und deren Implementierung

• Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren
• Gewünscht: generelles Verständnis, wie Tools über APIs miteinander kommunizieren 

• Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit und eine offene Kommunikationsweise
• Bereitschaft, sich in unterschiedliche Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten und Wege zu finden, diese mit KI zu unterstützen
• Studium im relevanten Bereich gern gesehen, aber nicht Voraussetzung

• Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office Programme (Word/Pages, Keynote/Powerpoint, Excel & Google Drive)

• Englisch in Wort und Schrift

• Initial experience and enthusiasm with/for AI tools and technologies and their implementation
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and comprehensively
• Desirable: general understanding of how tools communicate with each other via APIs
• Independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work in a team and open communication style
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with different areas of responsibility and find ways to support them with AI
• Degree in a relevant field is welcome, but not a requirement
• Good knowledge of common Office programs (Word/Pages, Keynote/PowerPoint, Excel & Google Drive)
• Written and spoken English
