At our locations in Hamburg, Berlin, or Munich, we don’t need lone wolves, but rather team players who can provide targeted support on specific topics.

• mehrjährige und einschlägige Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld 
• Stilsicheres Gespür für Gestaltung, Layout, Fotografie und visuelle Konzeption 
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Grafik- und Präsentationstools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Google Slides)
• Fähigkeit, Präsentationen textlich zu formen und Ideen auf den Punkt zu erzählen
• Sicherer Umgang mit KI-gestützten Tools zur Bild- und Konzeptentwicklung
• Social Native mit Gespür für Trends
• eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• deutsch & englisch sehr gut in Schrift und Wort

• Several years of relevant experience in an agency setting
• A keen eye for design, layout, photography, and visual concepts
• Proficiency in common graphic design and presentation tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Google Slides)
• Ability to craft compelling text for presentations and convey ideas concisely
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools for image and concept development
• Social media native with a keen sense for trends
• Ability to work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
