Die 27km Family bietet ab sofort und fortlaufend eine Festanstellung als Junior Producer:in (gn) an unserem HQ in Hamburg. Arbeite mit unserem kreativen Team, das für unkonventionelle Lösungsansätze, laute Lacher und familiäre Vibes steht. 

Konkret heißt das, dass du maßgeblich an der Realisierung nationaler und internationaler Werbefilmproduktionen beteiligt bist. Hier begleitest du unser Talent-Department in der Auswahl der Regie und führst in enger Abstimmung mit einem Exec den Pitchprozess. Mit deinen Kommunikationsskills holst du sie alle ab, von Kund:innen, Kreativen, Agenturen bis zur gesamten Crew. Du erstellst Kalkulationen und führst damit verbundene Recherchen durch, organisierst Drehs im In- und Ausland und begleitest das Baby bis in die Postproduktion und zu den Abnahmen. Ach ja, Controlling ist natürlich dein zweiter Vorname.

The 27km Family is now offering a permanent position as a Junior Producer (gn) at our HQ in Hamburg, with ongoing opportunities. Work with our creative team, known for unconventional solutions, loud laughter, and a family-like atmosphere.

Specifically, this means you’ll play a key role in bringing national and international advertising film productions to life. You’ll support our Talent Department in selecting directors and lead the pitch process in close collaboration with an executive. With your communication skills, you’ll connect with everyone—from clients and creatives to agencies and the entire crew. You’ll prepare cost estimates and conduct related research, organize shoots both domestically and abroad, and see the project through to post-production and final approval. Oh, and of course, budget management is second nature to you.

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Joberfahrung als Junior Producer:in oder mindestens 3 Jahre als Produktionsassistenz in der Werbefilmbranche
• Sicherheit in Recherche, Budgetierung und KVA-Erstellung für unterschiedliche Agentur- und Kund:innenbedürfnisse  (SCoPE)
• Ein prall gefülltes Adressbuch mit der tollsten Crew und den professionellsten Dienstleistern
• Führerschein Klasse B, Schaltung favorisiert
• du pushst das Potential von Office Programmen - ob Word, Powerpoint oder Excel als auch deren Pendants auf Google 
• Teamwork als Fähigkeit und Empathie als Superkraft
• Lösungsorientiertes Denken und gewissenhafter Umgang mit Ressourcen - organisatorisch und menschlich
• Liebe zum Detail und akkurate Arbeitsweise

• At least 1 year of work experience as a junior producer or at least 3 years as a production assistant in the advertising film industry
• Proficiency in research, budgeting, and preparing cost estimates for various agency and client needs (SCoPE)
• A well-stocked address book with the best crew and the most professional service providers
• Class B driver’s license; manual transmission preferred
• You maximize the potential of Office programs—whether Word, PowerPoint, or Excel—as well as their Google counterparts
• Teamwork as a skill and empathy as a superpower
• Solution-oriented thinking and conscientious use of resources—both organizational and human
• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
• Hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English
• You love to travel
