The 27km Family is currently seeking an Art Director (f/m/d) for our Creative Content Studio in Hamburg or Berlin.

We are looking for a talented individual who combines conceptual excellence with exceptional visual craftsmanship and can translate brand identities into digital ecosystems with stylistic confidence.

Bei der 27km Family gestaltest du nicht für den Papierkorb, sondern für den Wow-Effekt. In unseren Creative Services bist du die Person, die:

• Konzeptionell führt: Herausforderungen durchdringt, Kampagnen-Dächer baut und Leitideen visuell auf die Straße bringt
• Social First denkt: Ganzheitliche, aufmerksamkeitsstarke Social-Media- und Online-Kampagnen konzipiert
• Die visuelle Klaviatur beherrscht: Von Artworks, Mock-ups und Key-Visuals bis zur Fotoproduktions-Betreuung oder dem schnellen internen Flyer
• KI als Exoskelett nutzt: Prompten genauso selbstverständlich zur effizienten Ideenentwicklung einsetzt wie Photoshop
• Ideen verkauft: Pitches stark visualisiert und Konzepte souverän vor Kund:innen präsentiert (auch Automotive)

At 27km Family, you don’t design for the trash can, you design to wow. In our Creative Services team, you’re the person who:

• Leads the conceptual process: identifies challenges, develops overarching campaign frameworks, and brings key ideas to life visually
• Thinks “social first”: designs holistic, attention-grabbing social media and online campaigns
• Masters the visual spectrum: From artwork, mock-ups, and key visuals to overseeing photo shoots or quickly creating internal flyers
• Uses AI as an exoskeleton: Employs prompts just as naturally for efficient idea development as Photoshop
• Sells ideas: Visually enhances pitches and confidently presents concepts to clients (including automotive) 

• Konzept & Craft: Stilsicheres Gespür für visuelle Konzeption, Gestaltung, Layout und Fotografie
• Native Digital: Hohe Social-Affinität und ein untrügliches Gespür für digitale (Design-)Trends
• Tool-Stack: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Google Slides sowie Bildbearbeitung/Compositing beherrschst du blind
• Erfahrung: Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung (Kreativagentur) plus passendes Studium/Ausbildung
• Team & Sprache: Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, kommunikativ und ein absoluter Teamplayer

• Concept & Craft: A keen sense of style for visual concept development, design, layout, and photography
• Digital Native: Strong affinity for social media and an unerring sense for digital (design) trends
• Tool Stack: You’re an expert in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Google Slides, and image editing/compositing
• Experience: Ability to work independently, at least 2 years of professional experience (creative agency) plus relevant degree or training
• Team & Language: Excellent written and spoken English, communicative, and a true team player
