Perfect! Because we’re currently looking for a Creative Producer to help bring advertising films, events, and series to life at our Munich office. • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre als Producer:in in Werbefilm-Kontext gearbeitet und Projekte von vermeintlich klein bis kühlen-Kopf-bewahren groß gemanagt
• Strateg:in: Deine Kund:innen bleiben bei dir, denn sie vertrauen auf deine Beratung auf Augenhöhe und deine strategische Weitsicht
• Experience: Du bist Automotiv-affin und -erfahren
• Budget: GWA, Scope und KVAs sind dein natürliches Habitat
• Creative: Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in redaktioneller/journalistischer Arbeit und denkst nicht nur konzeptionell mit, sondern kannst sicher beraten
• Struktur-Liebe: Du bist Fan von Google Drive, Versionslisten und Ordnerstrukturen. Real Talk: Listen sind für dich pure Entspannung. <3
• Solution-Mode: Du denkst lösungsorientiert und gehst gewissenhaft mit Ressourcen um - egal ob mit dem Budget oder der Energie deiner Kolleg:innen.
• Spirit: Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist und Empathie als echte Superkraft.
• Workflow-Architekt: Du entwickelst eigene Prozesse, die uns alle schneller und besser machen.
• Language: Deutsch & Englisch beherrschst du sicher in Wort und Schrift.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a producer in the advertising film industry and have managed projects ranging from seemingly small to keep-a-cool-head large-scale ones
• Strategist: Your clients stay with you because they trust your advice, which is given as an equal, and your strategic foresight
• Experience: You have a passion for and experience in the automotive industry
• Budget: GWA, scope, and KVAs are your natural habitat
• Creative: Ideally, you have experience in editorial/journalistic work and not only contribute conceptually but can also provide confident advice
• Structure Lover: You’re a fan of Google Drive, version lists, and folder structures. Real talk: Lists are pure relaxation for you. <3
• Solution-Oriented: You think in terms of solutions and manage resources conscientiously – whether it’s the budget or your colleagues’ energy.
• Spirit: A hands-on mentality, team spirit, and empathy as your true superpower.
• Workflow Architect: You develop your own processes that make us all faster and better.
• Language: You have a strong command of both spoken and written German and English.
