Du hast bereits Filme im Musik oder Sportbereich produziert und hast dabei bemerkt, wie gut du im Organisieren und Rechnen bist? Vielleicht kennst du schon alle Tips und Tricks von Kalkulationen, aber deine Kreativität geht über neue Formeln erstellen und die Liebe fürs Detail und Listen hinaus. Welchen Weg auch immer du gegangen bist, heute laufen in dir Kreation und Produktion zusammen - wie Quellen in Island: herrlich! Egal ob Filme mit Menschen, Autos, Schoki oder Porzellan - du willst, dass Ideen und Konzepte ihr volles Potential entfalten, dabei aber nicht über die Stränge schlagen, was die Moneten angeht. Deswegen bist du der absolute Kund_innenliebling und gleichzeitig auf Doppelklippo mit der Crew. Have you already produced films in the music or sports sector and noticed how good you are at organizing and calculating? Maybe you already know all the tips and tricks of calculations, but your creativity goes beyond creating new formulas and your love of detail and lists. • Mindestens 3 Jahre Joberfahrung als (Junior) Producer:in oder Filmemacher:in im Bereich der Werbefilmbranche
• Sicherheit in Budgetierung und KVA-Erstellung für unterschiedliche Agentur- und Kund:innenbedürfnisse  (idealerweise SCoPE)
• Kreatives Mitarbeiten an Projekten und Einflussnahme auf das Geschehen vor der Kamera
• Ein prall gefülltes Adressbuch mit der tollsten Crew und den professionellsten Dienstleister:innen
• du pushst das Potential von Office Programmen - ob Word, Powerpoint oder Excel als auch deren Pendants auf Google 
• Teamwork als Fähigkeit und Empathie als Superkraft
• Lösungsorientiertes Denken und gewissenhafter Umgang mit Ressourcen - organisatorisch und menschlich
• Liebe zum Detail und akkurate Arbeitsweise
• Hands-On Mentalität

• At least 3 years of work experience as a (junior) producer or filmmaker in the advertising film industry
• Confidence in budgeting and cost estimating for different agency and client needs (ideally SCoPE)
• Creative collaboration on projects and influence on what happens in front of the camera
• A well-stocked address book with the best crew and the most professional service providers
• You push the potential of Office programs - whether Word, PowerPoint, or Excel as well as their Google counterparts 
• Teamwork as a skill and empathy as a superpower
• Solution-oriented thinking and conscientious use of resources - both organizational and human
• Attention to detail and accurate working methods
• Hands-on mentality
• Written and spoken German and English
• Love of travel
